16/02/2024: A very bland experience! The excellent rating to date (4.5) attracted me especially as the setting is pleasant and the proximity of the ring road facilitated access. The daily formula is original, with a fixed starter/main course/dessert but depending on the dish chosen the price varies. In the end, the idea is pretty good. As a starter (amuse bouche...) Two small blinis, marinated fish and crab rillette (the title is not necessarily this). It's correctly presented, the one with fish is bland, cruelly bland... The one with crab is slightly more aromatic but it's also very bland even if it's not bad. The cold shower comes with the main course, the sea bream fillet... Fresh or frozen fish is impossible to say, but when it arrives on the table it is bathed in its juice... Not a good sign... The cooking is a bit too thorough but anyway nothing matches... No more than the ton of chives or fruit garlic served with... The fish is not great, totally tasteless, like boiled... The oiled green salad... And the accompaniment... fries!!! I expected everything, rice, quinoa, vegetables, steamed potatoes... but not fries! And even less frozen fries, which are so greasy that they leak oil when you press them! ... A joke or a bad dream... Except that on the plate the fish fillet served (I have never seen such a flat sea bream fillet...) still had bones... I persist in say that if we serve a fillet it must be unstopped... I don't have dessert, I'm told they're not homemade... Either the cook changed this afternoon, or the previous 5-star reviews pushed another door, but frankly it's anything but a good fish restaurant! Big disappointment and no desire to come back and try this table even if the waitress was friendly, that's not enough, especially when the restaurant's website talks about a gastronomic experience...
