04/10/2026: Like my partner, I should have given up on the mussels when we found out they were from the Netherlands. He thoroughly enjoyed a fish dish with pilaf rice, but I wasn't at all impressed. The mussels were bland and the fries were like something you'd get at a fast-food chain. Very disappointed.
04/10/2026: We had very good mussels and fries. The staff was good. One downside, however, the waitress dropped the chocolate-covered cutlery on my son and barely apologized... My son left the restaurant covered in chocolate (shorts and t-shirt).

05/06/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant twice. The food is delicious. There's a wide selection. The welcome is warm. And the staff are lovely. I highly recommend it!

You call yourselves a luxury fish shop, but you're in Carnot. There's nothing luxurious to sell, just whelks and shrimp. And in four hours of work, I noticed there are practically no luxury products, apart from exorbitant prices. Even Leclerc has more choice at more affordable prices. Selling at high prices isn't luxurious. You're the most expensive in Limoges with fewer products than anywhere else.
Do you know what's dirtier and less hygienic for a man? His beard. Hair can fall onto the fish at any moment and go unseen. I wouldn't feel safe, which is why I don't recommend this shop. You also shouldn't be in a hurry; the wait can be long, lol. They prefer to talk instead of quickly serving customers.
14/02/2026: A warm welcome on a Saturday evening at the end of the day... Fresh and excellent oysters. I recommend it 100%.

03/08/2026: Avoid at all costs!
We ordered a charcuterie board for €19.90... Nothing local, just slices of ham and sausage from the supermarket, and the cheese... it was Gruyère.
And to top it all off... the bread was day-old or even two days old!
Honestly... disappointed and way too expensive! Go to the corner shop... it'll be better!
29/07/2026: La Frégate is a pleasant restaurant where you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The food is delicious, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm.
