04/05/2026: We've been coming here for a good ten years now, and it's always a delight: the location is remarkable, but the site itself is a heritage site. Above all, the hotel is of exceptional quality: the decor, the service, the breakfast, and the bar offerings are all superb. And to top it all off, the welcome is always warm, remarkably professional, and elegant. Paradise.

We were lucky enough to dine at this restaurant and it's already a wonderful memory.
Refined cuisine featuring local products, attentive yet friendly service, and a fine wine selection. And all this at a very reasonable price. Go without hesitation!
11/06/2026: Delicious waffles, dishes that are simple yet tasty, original, and beautifully presented, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Run by a young, dynamic couple. The historic building, dating back to 1615, has an almost familial dining room.

13/07/2026: It's impossible to rate anything other than the aperitif, which was served an hour after we were seated. Sorry, but a two-hour wait was the limit of our patience, so we left without eating.
It's possible a staff member was absent; in that case, customers should be informed. We would have understood and decided whether to stay or not.
And if the team was full, the manager should consider filling the remaining positions quickly.

17/07/2026: What a disappointment! Dry calf's head, cooked salad, mediocre pizza, not served at the same time, not a good appetite. I do not recommend it.
27/05/2026: The welcome was very pleasant, and the prices were fair and affordable. We ordered two pizzas which were excellent, with flavorful ingredients. The service was also quick.

06/03/2026: Restaurant. A lot of pretension, relatively expensive, and disappointing. The skate was dried out, with dry, tough ends, and the sauce was completely forgotten (a skate à la grenobloise here is skate served with absolutely nothing...). The "seaweed potatoes" were just steamed potatoes, again with nothing else! A set lunch menu for €35.
The dessert was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. In short, disappointing. We won't be going back.
02/03/2026: The weekly menu is excellent, carefully prepared, and today the whiting was delicious. A very good place to eat.
