16/05/2026: What can I say about this restaurant, except that it's perhaps the best discovery I've made in recent months? The welcome is warm and friendly, and the food is delicious. It's definitely a great place, and you'd be wrong not to eat there.

07/05/2026: The exterior entrance is unassuming, but what an excellent restaurant! An exceptional culinary experience. We started with Kercabellec oysters and a poached egg with asparagus, followed by octopus tentacle and hake with artichokes as main courses. And the homemade bread...pure bliss! The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to try the different seasonal dishes.

07/07/2026: We had an excellent evening last night with this new menu. Everything was superb, from the appetizer to the dessert: fresh ceviche with a delicate emulsion and bursts of flavor, melt-in-your-mouth yuzu salmon, perfectly seared tuna, and desserts that were simply divine (it reminded me of my grandmother's strawberry cake 😍). A huge thank you to the entire team who welcomed and served us. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this restaurant.

06/06/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The setting is pleasant, with a lovely terrace where you feel right at home. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, and the owner was truly kind. The meal was delicious, with good quality ingredients and excellent cuisine. Generous portions. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, all at reasonable prices. I highly recommend it! There's no menu; two set menus are offered. Give Lascare and his sister a little pat for me! 😀

01/06/2026: A wonderful welcome and such a cheerful atmosphere – it was so refreshing! Thank you to Adèle, the owner, whom I hadn't met before; she made our experience truly special. The cuisine is simple, but absolutely delicious! They use only the finest local and fresh ingredients, prepared by her husband, the chef. Impeccable service, nothing to complain about! A Quimiac institution!

06/07/2026: On the occasion of my retirement, I reserved a table for 10 people on Sunday, July 5th. Everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We were familiar with this establishment and its reputation, having been customers in the past. Although the restaurant has changed owners in recent years, we have never been disappointed. Since then, we continue to return from time to time. Living in Quilly, we highly recommend this establishment. The presentation is good, and the traditional cuisine is good and plentiful. Very good dishes are served in this restaurant using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

05/07/2026: We were initially put off by the receptionist, who seemed to be staring at her schedule, saying, "Good evening, I'm listening," and then by the rather uninspired aperitif, which we found rather disappointing and was accompanied by a few special chips (no amuse-bouche). The rest of the meal (a €50 set menu) was quite good but not exceptional. The restaurant's main strength is its setting, with a magnificent ocean view.

04/07/2026: Very good restaurant. Home-style cooking. The fisherman's platter for 3 people, with 4 oysters, 4 langoustines, and a few whelks for €31, is a bit small.

09/05/2026: My husband gave me this wonderful experience for my 50th birthday. I love Mexico and chocolate, so it was the perfect gift. The explanations from our two specialists were very interesting and interspersed with hands-on activities to help us create our own chocolate bar. The chocolate was of exceptional quality! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

15/05/2026: A warm welcome and inexpensive cocktails. For starters, a "revisited" cordon bleu, I felt like I'd eaten a completely ordinary cordon bleu, and I'm still looking for the promised smoked ham. As for the main course, the unwashed lettuce leaf was very crunchy, and the burrito with pork knuckle wasn't actually knuckle and simply wasn't good. The servers (the sommelier and his colleague who served aperitifs) were very good. There was a major problem with the kitchen.

11/06/2026: Delicious waffles, dishes that are simple yet tasty, original, and beautifully presented, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Run by a young, dynamic couple. The historic building, dating back to 1615, has an almost familial dining room.

23/06/2026: The waitress was very nice. The mussels weren't great; they must have forgotten the cooking liquid because it had no flavor. There was a very unpleasant beeping sound. I don't recommend it! The sparkling water was very good!

18/04/2026: A very good, well-prepared lunch. A brasserie-style menu with an original set menu, "Le Bouillon," at €19. Friendly welcome and service. Large bay windows overlooking the Erdre river or outdoor seating. A place worth discovering.
