So I took the time to share my concerns with the hotel before my arrival, and I really appreciated their attentiveness and understanding. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised: the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. The staff were also welcoming and professional throughout my stay. A great experience for me—I'll keep the address in mind if I'm ever back in Douai!
