14/03/2026: A remarkable gastronomic experience worthy of the finest restaurants. The seafood is of exceptional quality. The various dishes—perch fillets meunière, lobster gratin, marinated salmon, and sliced scallops—are a true delight. The desserts—vanilla bourbon mille-feuille, dark chocolate soufflé, and molten chocolate cookie—are absolutely delicious. The service is impeccable, and the wine list is extensive. An establishment we highly recommend.
02/03/2026: A gem among Paris restaurants with the highest quality fish and seafood (even the rare find of sea urchin last time), a refined and local ambiance, elegant presentation, tied together by dedicated and professional staff whose experience and recommendations always make our visits memorable.
On our most recent visit we made sure to get a copy of the Rostang family cookbook, to serve as a reminder of how much we enjoy these dishes at the restaurant itself. We are delighted to return on every stay in Paris.
1
