Les meilleurs restaurantsde cuisine fruits de mer/poisson en Chalon-Sur-Saone

08/05/2024: Tolles Restaurant - sollten wir wieder mal in vor-Ort sein wäre es unsere 1.Wahl! Die kurzfristige Tischreservierung per Mail funktionierte innerhalb 1 Stunde. Das Konzept ist witzig - jeder Gang besteht aus einer Trilogie - und ist sehr gut gemacht, die Weinbegleitung ist im besten Wortsinn interessant ( und sehr großzügig eingeschenkt !) , die Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen und den engagierten Koch,Kellner,Chef ( alles in 1 Person ) zu erleben hat entscheidend dazu beigetragen das es für uns zu einem gelungenen Abend wurde. Mit 79€ inkl. Weinbegleitung nicht ganz billig aber für uns uneingeschränkt angemessen.

12/09/2024: Passing through Chalon for a dinner in town, we stopped in front of this restaurant whose menu is attractive. On the other hand, our meal was punctuated by somewhat confusing elements. First, the impatience of the waiters to take our order, then the rapid succession of dishes. We've barely finished before we're cleared out and here's the rest! And let's not talk about the forced smiles of some people and the little thoughts when we no longer want to order anything. Second, the kitchen. Although very refined, I find it too salty which still spoils the final picture, which I am sure would be very good without. Small failure also in the cooking of the meat, requested medium rare and which when cutting it spills blood into the sauces, not very appetizing... Concerning the atmosphere, forget the wide spaces between the tables. Miss the toilet and you will have to elbow your way back to your table in certain places! In short, a few more points to work on.

11/09/2024: I go there to eat offal, which I love! Decorated with some oysters, beautiful and good surroundings, pleasant staff. Good restaurants are becoming rare!
