27/03/2026: I had the truffle course, and I was extremely satisfied with the generous use of truffles in every dish.
The foie gras balls, especially those made to resemble truffles, were exquisite.
25/03/2026: Visited especially to try the “Menu Morilles” launched using purely seasonal ingredients. This was a very successful menu showing the best ingredients from this time of year, and gave us a real taste of spring. Recommend to anyone who likes Morilles !
