An exceptional experience. Both in terms of taste and for the cozy and delicate atmosphere. The subtlety of the dishes competes with the explosion of flavors. Go there with your eyes closed.

Un 10/10 mérité tant ce dîner était excellent. De la qualité du service à celle des plats, pas une fausse note. On peut y ajouter une carte des vins très étendue qui permet de trouver son bonheur. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse.

One of the greatest chefs in Nice!! Unique taste experience… typically Japanese refinement… a real delight… the scallops were to die for… and everything else excellent…. To do again very soon!! :)

I asked for omakase + pairing. My 10-day stay in Nice is coming to an end. All of Nice's dishes are delicious, but Matsushima's dishes here are truly delicate! ! Is this what you mean? . It was a wonderful thing that made me realize that. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish, which was complex and brought out the flavors of the ingredients, which must have taken a lot of effort behind the scenes. There was a man who seemed to be a tourist from America casually enjoying dinner by himself, and a group of local regulars, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. When I told them that I couldn't eat that much, I was able to have the portion of each plate reduced little by little. Thank you for your pleasant customer service! Is Matsushima also relatively quiet? However, he was a wonderful person with a warm personality!

We had a good meal at Keisuke Matsushima. We had their take on the Omakase which was pleasant overall. Some dishes were outstanding and others were good but didn’t leave a lasting memory.
