Not a long wait, friendly service.
Our choice: limeade + black sesame cucumber salad + various spring rolls (salmon teriyaki, lemongrass pork, shrimp, tofu omelet) + pandan sponge cake and black sesame roll with coconut cream.
Very good, fresh, ideal for a quick lunch, light and without any cooking smells. Nice selection of sauces.
I'll come back if I'm working near the Canal Saint-Martin.

11/06/2024: My second time with this experience and the second was just as good as the first!! Last time it was just my wife and me. This time we were joined by another American who enjoyed it as much as we did!
19/05/2024: Een complete culinaire ervaring. Heel bijzonder om een keer mee te maken. Jean-Yves is een uitstekende chef en wil je het eten laten beleven, laten voelen. Smaken worden fantastisch gecombineerd en de bijpassende wijnen zijn uitmuntend. Het is van begin tot eind een culinaire reis. Jean-Yves neemt de tijd om je vertellen wat je eet, wat de gedachte erachter is. Alles met heel veel zorg en aandacht bereid. Complimenten aan Jean-Yves en Fred, wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze ervaring.
