The team is always smiling and incredibly helpful. The food is equally excellent: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with care. You can feel their genuine desire to please their customers. Thank you to the entire team for these consistently enjoyable moments over all these years. It's a place we wholeheartedly recommend and where we always return with pleasure.

13/02/2026: I walked through the door with my family on a Saturday evening. I hadn't been before. We ate, we loved it. The food tasted amazing. I'll definitely go back. Don't hesitate.

07/02/2026: I enjoyed my meal, which was tasty, however, it was somewhat marred by the waiter's stained t-shirt… his fingernails (yuck). It had been a while since I'd been back to Alcazar, and I have to say that the level of cleanliness and maintenance is far below what I've experienced before. A shame.
