07/02/2024: Hello everyone. I thought for a moment about telling here what happened to me when I went to this bakery on Tuesday, January 30 at around 12 p.m. I come from a professional reconversion driven by a passion for sourdough breadmaking and finishing my training as an Assistant Baker I am looking for the possibility of doing as many internships as possible to put into practice and be able to learn more every day from people passionate about the profession. I then started looking for my next internship and in view of the great comments regarding the kindness, professionalism and quality of the products of this bakery, I could only be in the right place to make my request. This is how it happened: I come home with a smile on my face to explain my research as precisely as possible to a welcoming person (a salesman perhaps) who is kind and attentive who tells me to wait while he calls the boss by phone upstairs. He explains to him that I would like to see him for a possible internship and there was no surprise at his response returned by the salesman, I quote: "interns are wastes of time... they are always in our hands, we don't never knows what to do with it!” The seller seemed very embarrassed to have to tell me this, confused, he wished me good luck for the future. I left there completely stunned and amazed at the return of this boss. So, Sir, if you have the opportunity to read me, which I hope, you should know that when I decided to give up everything to make my passion my future profession, I was lucky enough to come across some great passionate bakers who are very invested in passing on their knowledge, that I was already on my 5th successful internship one behind the other and that I will never thank them enough for accepting me alongside them. If you had taken the trouble to come down and meet me, you would surely have noticed my real motivation for this job, I am 41 years old and I was not a simple intern wasting my time! Making a hasty judgment is easy, but coming to defend it in person is better! I hope that I will be of service to future profiles in my case whether for an internship or a position with them, the reaction of this boss does not inspire confidence especially in this environment which struggles to recruit it is very unfortunate ! To finish my little story, in the half hour that followed I found my place where I was able to chat with the baker on my route who was delighted to welcome me and that really warmed my heart to finish on a positive touch my morning. It just goes to show that being passionate, determined and motivated helps you never let yourself be destabilized and bounce back again and again.

12/03/2024: A gourmet break,,, the quiet restaurant, a hellish wait,,,, the order had been waiting for 1/4 on the pass🤦‍♀️ (Mac Fleury café), before they deigned to give it to me at the counter,, you are looking for the mnm's in the mac Fleury……. Too bad,, There will be no more stops in this Mac do……..

18/03/2024: For those who know this brand, this store has a different and not very logical presentation. The sandwiches lack greens and tomatoes. It seems like they are done too quickly. The range of products is not very extensive but it is mastered.
