We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings: a veritable journey from beginning to end. Everything was remarkably precise and refined.
And as a bonus, we had the chance to meet Chef William Candelon, who was incredibly kind. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
18/04/2026: A very warm welcome, exceptional cuisine, the wine list is a veritable bible of choices, and the culinary standards haven't declined at all, despite my two visits 20 years apart!
The decor is sublime; the Michelin Guide was right on the money!
