Excellent experience, impeccable service, delicious food.

A beautiful establishment where the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious and refined, a perfect balance at every stage of the meal. The food and wine pairing is wonderful; the wine is never overpowered by the dish, and the dish is never overwhelmed by the wine—what more could you ask for? The highlight for me was their homemade bread. You can feel the enormous amount of work behind each dish. We chose the signature menu because we're big fans of rhubarb, and frankly, the rhubarb butter is the most balanced and fantastic hot sauce I've ever tasted. It was also served with perfectly cooked fish—a delight! The harmonious, fluid, and discreet ballet of the dining room staff reflects the perfection of the kitchen (which we visited); you hardly notice anything. It lives up to the hype. Thank you to the chef and his wife, as well as all the staff, for the hard work and discipline it requires. A great gastronomic restaurant where you truly feel at ease. A wonderful discovery! We didn't take any photos because we savored every moment without our phones, living in the moment.

Everything was perfect! From the service to the attention to detail on the plate. We opted for the signature menu and loved it. The head waiter who served us throughout (I don't know his name) was very attentive, as was the rest of the team. We were fortunate enough to meet the Chef at the end of the meal to chat, which was a lovely touch.
