13/10/2026: This is my third time eating at La Vieille Étable, and it's always just as good. The quality of the food is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly. If you're in the area and want to eat local, stop by La Vieille Étable. As someone originally from Gers, I guarantee you'll find all the flavors of the region. Remember to book in advance. Don't change a thing; the quality will keep you coming back.

11/10/2026: Excellent staff. A great place to eat local food. Recommendation: the Dartagnan menu. It's best to book in advance as it fills up quickly. If you'd like dishes that require preparation, you should let them know a few days beforehand.
