17/03/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today 🌞. Hope to see you soon.
10/03/2026: One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.
