26/08/2026: I've eaten there several times with friends and frankly, it was quite nice. The atmosphere is cool, the staff are friendly and pleasant, and the food is good.
I would gladly go back.

02/06/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking overseen by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today with an excellent rack of lamb 🌞. Returning in early May, the quality remains the same. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
10/03/2026: One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.
