One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.
Carbon Blanc isn't exactly on the beaten track, northeast of Bordeaux. But at Juliano, the welcome is incredibly friendly, and above all, they have a Caesar salad and a goat cheese and honey salad that are absolutely top-notch! Definitely worth the detour!
We came for dinner this evening.
The waitress was always smiling and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The meal was excellent, with beautifully presented and generously filled plates of delicious food.
I will gladly return.
I come here for a coffee from time to time and I've eaten here occasionally. The space is pleasant, the staff is efficient, and the food is good. Thank goodness for Juliano in Carbon-Blanc!
