06/09/2026: A terrible experience this Sunday at Jolivert. We waited over 30 minutes only to be told that ordering five large fries might "penalize" the customers behind us… even though we'd waited in line like everyone else! Going to a chip shop where the stock of fries is limited is already pretty absurd…
Furthermore, we had tried to call the day before, but the phone number provided was no longer in service.
Between the interminable wait and the complete lack of friendliness, it's hard to imagine anything worse. If you're looking for a place where customers are welcomed and served properly, look elsewhere…

25/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars so as not to be unfair to the brand, but I have to say the quality varies from one order to the next. Sometimes it's pretty good, which is understandable since it's not very expensive. Other times, it's bland, and you end up in the bathroom in the middle of the night. In short, the products aren't consistent. It's a shame, because we go there often.
18/07/2026: Ten of us came looking for a place to watch the World Cup semi-final, as there aren't any big screens in the city. We received a warm welcome, had drinks, and watched the match on a small TV. It was a nice, intimate atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
