09/06/2024: 01/14/2022: I ordered a seed delight then told me an amount of 3€30 and gave me a credit of 5€10 for a check for 9€ or 3€90 and not 3€30 then in taking out the sandwich it is a ham and cheese sandwich in a traditional baguette. I noticed it outside and had no time to go back, hence this message. My dissatisfaction also and especially when leaving Poulaillon: no thank you or goodbye there were almost no customers at around 1:20 p.m.!! It’s rubbish, forget about your turnover and be more courteous please!😡 The "Manager" of the Morschwiller hen is very unpleasant and does not give us time to choose her order even outside of the lunch rush, I am not necessarily asking you to smile but to be professional towards your customers, a little respect please . Otherwise good sandwich and mauricettes, I am 51 years old and I attended the first chicken in Colmar. Pastries and pastries are totally industrial and almost inedible where is the butter..., in short nothing to do with an artisanal pastry. The bread is okay, nothing more, I prefer to buy it from organic or even from Bannette. However, I will continue to come for the sandwiches and mauricettes. I am raising the rating because I was much better received during this pandemic period. I also took a takeaway menu + or - correct depending on the day

08/05/2024: Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. Beautiful bathroom with large mirror. The Campaniles rooms are very well designed like Motels and we choose them as a priority during our stays. We had the car under our window. Very warm welcome, the restaurant being closed on Sunday evening, our charming hostess recommended the O'Grill restaurant to which we walked in a few minutes and where we ate very well. We didn't know about this restaurant chain. For the same price, everything is unlimited and the buffets are very varied and delicious. The hotel is very quiet. On the other hand, the breakfast was not great. No more orange juice, very dry pastries, bottoms of jam jars. Usually at other Campanile's we've stayed, the breakfast was better.

04/05/2024: You have barely arrived and before you have your room you are already asked for payment. You should not be very hungry for the evening meal because the quantities are really insufficient and eating with dirty cutlery is not very hygienic. In addition there is no quality and it's really not very good. At the household level, the beds are made but we don't forget the bathroom and you stay two days with damp towels. The photo of the breakfast is misleading because you have to constantly ask for a croissant or something else. On the other hand, powdered sugar does not exist so it is difficult to sweeten cereals or low quality cottage cheese. When you leave, be careful, I was asked to pay for a room even though everything had been settled upon our arrival.
