31/01/2026: Never again. Poor quality furniture. Lack of product information at the time of ordering. The furniture arrives without legs, baseboards, hinges, or wall mounting hardware. What's the point? In the photos, the furniture is complete with legs, cabinets, and hinges. In reality, you receive a pile of boards to assemble, with poor-quality and incomplete screws. It will therefore take you three days to assemble the furniture at home and then admire the ridiculous quality of this product. The holes drilled with a router are awful. The furniture is riddled with holes; it looks like Swiss cheese. Seriously, avoid at all costs! There are many retailers capable of selling superior quality furniture at a similar price, and above all, with a complete product. In short, I'm done. I'll never set foot in IKEA again, and I hope you won't either!

30/01/2026: - [ ] The store is generally pleasant and well-organized; products are easy to find and the whole place is clean. However, during my visit, it was quite crowded, which made some aisles a little difficult to navigate. I did appreciate Gizem's help, though; she was available and provided clear explanations despite the crowds. Overall, a decent experience, but one that could be even better with a smoother flow.

03/12/2025: Passing through today at Le Poulaillon, I was served by Sébastien who was very welcoming, helpful and smiling, which is very rare these days. Stay as you are, love to you.
