05/04/2024: I bought a sofa on IKEA with delivery service. Service billed at €65. The day of delivery arrived, they did not come. So I called the same day and was told: “sorry sir but the delivery people are no longer working”. It was 6 p.m.…. “Call back the next day.” I called back and they scheduled delivery for 10 days later. So you have to take leave twice…. For this delivery problem I was told that I was offered a €150 voucher in compensation. I'm still waiting for it since February 15. Every time I call I am given another version, once I have to wait 15 days, the other time it happens tomorrow, the next time no sir it's never overnight it's 15 days After. It's April 5th and still nothing. There's no point in pretending to be compensated if it doesn't do what you promised. I would think twice next time before buying from IKEA.

05/04/2024: 1 star for the store and the products. 0 stars for the Charlantoine delivery service. Order from March 5 with Delivery expected on March 10 postponed.. expected on March 18 also postponed... delivered on April 5 with beautiful, well damaged boxes that we couldn't even point out on the documents since they filed them before that I arrive and so as not to see the defects of the packages which have spent almost a month in the delivery truck. The only contact with the delivery people was "sign here here and here tick the box". They didn't seem happy even though they didn't respect the delivery times on the 3 deliveries.... It’s deplorable for a store like IKEA to take a “delivery” service that doesn’t deliver with a delay of almost 2 weeks for a new redelivery…
