Hotel Restaurant Au Lion

28/03/2024: Very pleasant and helpful staff, very well located hotel.
The rooms are spacious and pretty.
The breakfast is very complete and delicious, the hotel restaurant is also very good, you eat good dishes typical of the region.
We will come back with pleasure!
24/03/2024: Flee this restaurant. Hostile service. The boss clearly doesn't like customers.

06/04/2024: Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food.
Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.

02/04/2024: Too bad there is no zero star criteria. The worst food in France! Despite we were the only customers, we were told 1h in advance that the place closes soon. The food was disgusting… served in takeaway boxes… and we were given crystal plates aside…. Really disappointing experience!

27/03/2024: The cakes are brilliant and beyond any doubt. Unfortunately, the interior of the café is now not only outdated, but unappetizing. This also applies to the toilets. I'll still come back because of the cake artwork.
03/03/2024: Bought this Sunday March 3, 24 a strawberry millefeuille. The pastry chef saw that the puff pastry was much overcooked but still assembled it with very little cream. Result, a barely edible cake.

31/12/2023: The fast food is well located and the prices are fair. The meat is halal. The meal was good. In my kebab there wasn't enough white sauce but that's personal. There are a few tables seated, but not many. The tables are a little close together.
