We had entrecote and spare ribs.
The sauce for the entrecote was heavenly! Delicious vegetable garnish and fries. The service was very humorous, in its own unique way. We would definitely come back.

A fantastic meal! The pork cheeks were incredibly tender, and the spaetzle gratin with Munster cheese was excellent! Not to mention the homemade blueberry tart for dessert and the very friendly service! Great restaurant, we'll definitely be back! 😁

Quick, friendly, tasty, and with generous portions, this restaurant serves authentic Alsatian cuisine, just like grandma used to make. Special mention for the pork cheeks and the Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce)!

A short trip to Alsace in January, following the Alsace Wine Route, was on the agenda today due to the uncertain weather.
We stopped in Ribaullé on a Monday in January when many restaurants and winstubs were closed, except, luckily, Le Passage de la Tour. We opted for the set menu of starter and main course, or main course and dessert, for €18.80. The offering was excellent: perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth beef chuck served with crudités, and the caramelized pear dessert was superb. The owner provided quick and friendly service. The restrooms were clean. A no-frills place that I recommend without reservation.
P.S.: They don't accept checks or restaurant cards.

Delicious pie served with a huge green salad. The menu included a lovely skewer of raw vegetables and fries, a very generous portion for 18 euros, with strawberries Melba for dessert which was also very good. I recommend this restaurant.
