Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food. Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.

Beautiful little restaurant with a wonderful ambience. The landlord and the other service staff were very nice, supported and advised in all matters, including in German. The dishes were authentic, very well prepared and tasty. We also enjoyed great wines. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

A restaurant where the cooking of Alsatian dishes is truly like home, and the other dishes also seem to be prepared on site. Excellent homemade Fleischschnaka in particular. Good value for money, efficient service.

We went there by chance and a nice surprise for lunch. The dish of the day is hearty and tasty. A good dish with sauce just the way we like it! The tarte flambée was delicious, well garnished! I highly recommend, plus the service is friendly.

01/04/2024: We spent 2 nights in this hotel and were also able to enjoy the SPA. The entire stay was perfect. The very friendly staff, the very varied breakfast, the magnificent room and the very well maintained SPA complex. The SPA park is also a beautiful place to relax. Everything is done to make you feel good and it works! I already want to go back. The little extra with the SPA accessible to hotel residents before and after closing time to the public.
