07/02/2026: A lovely restaurant, easily accessible by car and on foot. The decor changes every season, which I think is perfect.
The wait was fine, especially if it's not packed. The service was professional, the food was very good, and it wasn't too noisy.

A warm, family welcome, attentive and efficient service, responsive to every request, and delicious, generous traditional cuisine. In short, we will gladly return on our next trip to the region.

10/01/2026: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. We had dinner at "Les Trois Sapins" on Saturday evening. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also very good: the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Personally, I'm vegetarian, and the menu doesn't have many vegetarian options. However, I highly recommend the rather unusual "sauerkraut samosa." Well, it's excellent! It's a combination I found very successful: kudos to the chef, who is very creative.

The service is young and friendly.
The location is ideal, with parking nearby.
(I can't comment on the rooms as I've never stayed in them), but I imagine they're similar. Overall, a lovely establishment.

07/02/2026: Friendly welcome, the meal was good but simple; that said, it's not a gourmet restaurant. Very quiet and spacious dining area. Parking available inside a courtyard.
03/01/2026: We've been coming every year for the past few years during the Christmas market season. Our return is no accident: the welcome is warm, the staff are attentive and accommodating if there's a problem, the food is worth a visit, the rooms are clean, the setting is peaceful, and it's well located in a region perfect for walks and exploration.

21/02/2026: A very nice hotel in a small, romantic park, renovated with high-quality materials. Very tasteful decor. The restaurant was closed for the season. It must be wonderful on the pool terrace in summer. Within walking distance of the charming town with shops and restaurants.
28/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel.
€20 a night for a small dog with absolutely nothing provided (no food bowl, basket, or anything else).
The taps kept running after we'd finished showering. The shower tray didn't drain properly, and the ventilation system was incredibly noisy.
We had to plug in our own lamps, and the blankets were like something out of a grandmother's house. Breakfast cost €16 per person, and the only good thing about it was the room where it was served. (Supermarket juice, frozen pie, and so on.) Despite our complaints, the receptionist showed a complete lack of interest.

06/12/2025: It was a lucky break. A friendly atmosphere, impeccable welcome and service. The dining room was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The menu was delicious; we had smoked pork shoulder and spätzle with salad, followed by chocolate mousse. Very good.
17/09/2025: This little restaurant is a gem.
A must-visit.
What am I saying? A rare gem of good quality, simple, and fast food.
The same goes for the staff, all equally amazing.
As a true connoisseur, as a nomad, I go there with my eyes closed.

03/08/2024: La douceur de vivre dans les Vosges avec une cuisine authentique et travaillée. Les meilleures tartes flambées d'Alsace! Et un accueil au top. Les fleischnakas peuvent être mis sous vide à emporter. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment sous les tilleuls. Un grand merci!

06/07/2024: Restaurant kebab choisi regulierement par mes collegues de travail pour le déjeuné du vendredi midi. Restaurant propre, service accueuillant, et assiettes kebab correctes. J'ai appprécié la terrasse a l'arriere du restaurant.
