I used to always leave a tip. I loved coming to this place for the ambiance and the delicious food. Ah, those salmon tagliatelle, to die for... unfortunately, they're no longer on the menu... new owner... the food is still good, but the service really needs improvement. Our aperitifs were slow to arrive and, of course, not as fresh by the time we drank them. We asked for another round, mentioning that we'd like them a bit fresher... again, it took a while to serve them, and they were brought to us at the same time as our main course... oops, not very logical! We quickly drank them before our main course got cold... then we asked for bread, which wasn't served with our food... more patience required... and finally, it arrived just as we were finishing our meal... what a shame about all the poor organization... Naturally, we were a bit disappointed... it didn't deserve a tip :( !

On a business trip with colleagues this Friday at 8:45 pm, we found one of the only restaurants in the Colmar area that would accept a small group of four. For my part, I have no regrets; Bibalaskas was excellent. Three other colleagues would have liked a tarte flambée, but it's not the restaurant's specialty, so they ordered the same dish as the people at the next table, with whom we struck up a conversation: a goat cheese salad. We saw all the dishes being served, and they were very well served, as were ours. No regrets whatsoever, except that we would have liked to continue the evening with the staff. At the end of service, we had a drink together, and they were very professional throughout, despite the crowd. So, a big thank you and well done! I won't hesitate to go back for my next trip.

Warm welcome, delicious food, reasonable prices, friendly and smiling staff, and goodness knows they have to deal with some customers.

Yes and no, to sum it up. The atmosphere is quite nice, calm and surrounded by nature, with activities and facilities for children and parents (pétanque, ping-pong, playground, pond, etc.). You can eat indoors or outdoors. The staff serving are great, kind, and very friendly. Now for the negatives: - Having taken a peek inside the kitchen, the hygiene seems to leave much to be desired. I was worried when I ordered a dish containing crème fraîche. - The restrooms aren't the cleanest I've seen in a restaurant either, but thankfully not the worst. - There's a strong smell of cigarettes inside, as some customers on the terrace are clearly smoking a pack per meal. Finally, the main issue my friends and I noted was the prices, which are far too high, especially for the burgers. Paying almost 20 euros for a burger made with a frozen bun and patty... Let's just say that didn't sit well with a student budget. So, to sum up, good service, good atmosphere, good parking, and a nice environment, but too expensive, and the hygiene is questionable. I commend the allergen information menu, which is very well done.
