22/05/2024: We had lunch here before we went geocaching. There is a trail of about 20 geocaches. It looked nice online, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The road to it is really bad. At one point it was so bad that we left the car and started walking. There was already a menu on the table. It was in French, but the words were clear. He went for a steak and I went for the prawns. Delicious, we were looking forward to a piece of meat and large shrimps. I only got a pizza... The lady, who could only speak French, made it clear that that was what I had ordered. No, I went for the prawns, but anyway, I was hungry, so I decided to eat. Besides, she wouldn't understand anyway. But I was eating there alone, while there are two of us. We tried to explain this to her and we received a waterfall of French words in return. We only understood "sorry" and soon another pizza was brought... Really, we wanted a steak and prawns, but we got pizzas and French chatter. We saw other guests getting this. Or was this just really mean bullying of non-French speaking tourists? In any case, I wouldn't go there.

16/03/2024: I loved this place, it's so nice, music, belote, everyone is dancing and having fun, waiter with a smile and a splendid welcome we meet people there, Corsicans of course all very nice, smiling and friendly , there is never a dull moment in Volta.

12/03/2024: Unfortunately it's been a while since I've been here. At that time the facility was still a Belgian army base, really beautifully located with very good facilities. We always had to walk to the beach. When I look at the other reviews the quality hasn't changed. Hopefully I can make it here again. It was really very nice!

04/03/2024: We just booked for August and we are so happy. We already came for a week last year and had a wonderful week. Good campsite location. The pizzas are very good. The team takes great care. Thanks to Carole and Pascale for their kindness and availability. We can't wait to come back!

29/05/2024: We found this place while on holiday - the food was fantastic. Everything was home made, including the ice cream. Lovely atmosphere inside, and we could watch the world go by from the location. Service was excellent 👌🏻

27/05/2024: Would choose to eat somewhere else next time we’re in the area. Many dishes that you can see on the pictures are not on the menu anymore, for example seafood pasta. The food is obviously not made fresh to large parts, since for example the chicken salad can only be made with fried chicken, it’s impossible to get grilled chicken. I then ordered an entrecôte with a salad, they brought be one with fries and didn’t even excuse themselves when I told them so. They took away the plate and came back two minutes later with three wilted salad leaves, and three tomatoes. The meat was undercooked in the thicker parts and overcooked in the thinner parts. Can’t recommend this place even though the decor is nice
