26/10/2024: Excellent dîner , tout était bon des amuses bouche aux desserts Des bons produits sublimes par un chef imaginatif mais respectueux des saveurs, donc les mélanges parfois audacieux sont réussis Les St Jacques en suggestions avec du céleri rave ont laissé mes papilles en extase La soupe de fraises était parfaite avec un biscuit cuillère moelleux à souhait Seul bémol le foie gras que j’ai trouvé trop « sec » Cadre et service sobre , classe et efficace Très bonne soirée

24/10/2024: Une salle très agréable. Un service à la hauteur, et professionnel. Le maitre d'hôtel attentionné. Une belle et bonne cuisine inventive, les saint-jacques (suggestion du jour) étaient un régal. Un vin blanc de la cote orientale (domaine Vechio) excellent accompagnant. Un échange très cordial avec le chef avant de partir. Bref une soirée agréable pour un anniversaire de mariage que nous fêtions. N'hésitez pas. Une bonne adresse avec une vue sur le village si vous y allez pour le déjeuner.

25/08/2023: Very nice hotel, with private, open parking and a lovely terrace for dinner or breakfast. The rooms are fairly clean, and the balcony is a great place to stretch out and relax at the end of the day. Perhaps the only downside is the air conditioning that blows against you. There's a shared fridge at the entrance.

16/08/2023: I booked through the agency and didn't read the negative reviews until the day before. A little scared, I decided not to cancel the reservation and stay here anyway. During my three nights there, I didn't notice any of the negative reviews, such as theft, dirt, and rudeness. The lady was very kind and helpful, even offering us advice on where to eat and what to do. The room was clean, just the right size, with a balcony overlooking the sea, and I didn't notice any attempts to snoop through the backpacks we left in the room. The location was good, but not very close to the center, a 20-minute walk. However, right across the street is the boat to Saleccia beach (which I consider one of the most beautiful in all of Corsica), a gas station, and even a very modern coin-operated washing machine. The breakfast was sweet and had the essentials, and the lady provided very good freshly baked croissants upon request. From my experience, I recommend this place!

08/08/2024: Excellent time at Casanova, smoothie and nougat ice cream for my part, the two best of their kind that I have tasted in Corsica 👌 adorable and good-humoured waitress. The ice creams are all homemade with lots of delicious flavors, large selection of frozen drinks, perfect place to take comfort from the hot weather 😊

27/08/2024: Surpris par ce petit endroit en dehors du centre ville de Saint Florent. Des plats qui ont ravi petits et grands, les ados en tête. Une salade pour moi excellente. Nous nous sommes régalés avec en plus un équipe au top en cuisine Perfect
