30/03/2024: I have been going to this bakery since it opened and I have never been disappointed 😊 The owners and their staff are always friendly and smiling, the bread made with ancient flour is a real treat, in fact I only take these breads, if there are any left... The chocolatines are also worth the detour 😃. A good address where you can come with complete confidence And since I tasted their brioche (super tender and lightly flavored) I can't resist the pleasure of having some and even reserving some to be sure to have some in the evening...

20/03/2024: I am sincerely sorry not to have had the change to buy a baguette for €1.35... Even by offering my credit card, I was treated to a head 6 feet long!!!!! The worst is the lack of courtesy and especially a smile, it's not much... but so important in these times. What a shame Madam!!!!! I think you have a lot to learn, apart from being jaded? In this case, change jobs. For these reasons, I do not recommend you.

06/03/2024: TO FLEE ! It was the first time I bought a baguette and a Pastis Gascon in this establishment. The welcome was not warm and not welcoming! The worst part is that I was sold a Pastis Gascon which was not a real Pastis Gascon! But a common pie that contained a few tiny pieces of apple. The dough for this so-called “Pastis Gascon” was impossible to handle, we threw everything away since it did not cook underneath despite 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. The baguette wasn't tasty either! The products sold by this establishment are industrial and of very poor quality. This bakery and pastry shop is not artisanal given the mediocrity of these products since it surely collaborates with a vulgar low-end industrial branch in order to sell products at high-end prices as if they were homemade! This is what I was told! I am very unhappy to have been cheated, especially for a Gascon Pastis which didn't even taste like Pastis! Conclusion, I paid 15.90 euros for a fake Pastis Gascon which ended up entirely in the trash! I wanted to surprise my friend but I made a fool of myself because of the very poor quality of their products. Regarding your response Ms. Barbara Beauhaire, it is unacceptable since EVERYTHING IS FALSE! I reiterate that I did indeed purchase your so-called Pastis Gascon in your Maison Beauhaire establishment. I find it dishonest of you to divert your remarks by claiming that I went to the wrong establishment and that you do not make Pastis Gascon. In any case, you don't make it at home, but you buy it from an industrial company and you sell it to customers in your establishment as if La Maison Beauhaire had been made by you.

02/03/2024: Superb croissants, pains aux chocolats and madeleines. It was delicious !
