This bakery/pastry shop I visit at the Victor Hugo market is the best place for flan (and they make excellent bread and madeleines too)! This flan is exquisite; it's perfect. The best I've ever had, without a doubt. I'll be back as soon as I can.

The pastries, cookies, black olive rolls, focaccia, pizzas, and sandwiches are very good and made with quality meat ingredients (trout, chicken, ham, etc.), which is rare and worth noting. However, I'm always disappointed by the cakes, which, despite their tempting appearance, are often unbalanced, with unripe fruit, sliced ​​cream, frozen mousse, and marzipan as hard as cardboard. And today, there was a piece of wood in my sugar pie. Many small mistakes that spoil the experience.
