10/10/2025: The cuisine is always so refined. Homemade. Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the dessert. It's wise to book in advance. The staff is efficient and friendly. A great place to go.

02/07/2025: Fresh, local, and high-quality produce, very well prepared, at very affordable prices. Thank you to the hostess for her welcome and smile, along with her very friendly young server. I highly recommend this peaceful and friendly place, where our animal friends are welcome and well received.

28/01/2026: If zero stars existed, I'd give it. At 7:07 PM, I bought a baguette and paid for it in full, two slices of apple pie were half price, and I bought four cookies at €1.50 each, totaling €6. Where are the 50% discounts starting at 7 PM, 30 minutes before closing time? This isn't the first time I've noticed this.
On January 28th, I had a chicken mayonnaise sandwich, which was delicious. However, the ham and butter sandwich was very, very light, so I'm giving it one star. It's improving, keep it up, and above all, staff it properly during peak hours. I once waited 20 minutes for a baguette because there were only two people serving.
23/01/2026: Very disappointed with the cherry clafoutis. All the pastries are frozen, so I won't buy them anymore. The bread is so-so, and the staff isn't great. Before, the staff were friendly, and there was a good atmosphere. The village of Cazères has found a better bakery and a better pastry shop with fresh, homemade products.
My point of reference is that I was a former Best Apprentice of France in 1984.

23/01/2026: Usually it's good, but this time too many things were wrong.
Extremely long wait.
Value for money ===> zero. The Coke tasted very strange.
The espresso and ristretto were undrinkable; we had to throw them away.
The packets of powdered sugar were actually one solid lump.
Several beeping sounds never stopped.
One of them was about the drinks; they said the syrup needed changing. Was that the reason for the Coke's bad taste?
Anyway, I'll come back once to check. If it's the same thing, I won't stop there again.
