A very mixed review… Luckily, the brand is well-known, otherwise we probably wouldn't be back.
Yes, it's often busy. Yes, it's crowded. But the repeated order errors, to the point where we have to double-check everything, are really unacceptable 😕
Almost every time we go, there's a disappointment.
And yet… like idiots 😅 we keep coming back, knowing full well what to expect. That pretty much sums it up.
As for the food, nothing surprising: you get what you pay for, exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's 🍔🍟
However, a significant improvement in order accuracy and respect would be greatly appreciated, especially when you're paying and expecting a minimum level of reliability.
In short: we know what to expect, but it could clearly be better.

11/03/2026: A tartiflette that arrived cold and a sort of tiramisu made of a thick layer of speculoos with whipped cream on top... A 10-minute wait for the tartiflette to heat up and a 20-minute wait for dessert. I remember when we ate very well, but it's nothing like that anymore!
03/03/2026: The usual excuse: "the cook is new." An hour's wait for two starters, a reheated soup, and a salad. Another 30 minutes for the main courses, and the risotto on the menu turned out to be rice without sauce and three shellfish! A disgrace! And to top it all off, we got yelled at for daring to complain!

30/07/2024: This Leclerc center is really very good, clean, well organized and lots of products that I had in my old usual store.
The staff is courteous and available. Plus the view of the Pyrenees when leaving is magnificent.

15/08/2024: Crowded but disgusting restaurant, asking questions about why this establishment has not yet been closed by a health inspector.
I strongly advise against it unless you want to end up in the emergency room in the evening for food poisoning, but you still have to be able to finish your plate without having odors with each bite.
Avoid restaurants at all costs, I even advise you to go to McDonald’s 3 minutes away by car, the atmosphere will be better and the staff will be incredibly friendlier.

11/08/2024: Good restaurant, a wide range of choices but it is true that some products had to stay a little time under the heat lamps. Which quenches the flavors quite easily on caramel pork or gratinated mussels for example.
Other than that, the service was OK, prices reasonable.
