16/03/2024: On this Saturday lunchtime, I was looking for a restaurant not far from home and I remembered that I regularly passed this address without ever stopping there.
Done today and I really don't regret it. What a great gastronomic discovery. The spritz was just delicate, the foie gras pan-fried with thyme juice, enchanting and the pork chop, more than wonderful. In short, sometimes you have to know when to stop so as not to regret anything!
