A must-try (or re-discover), especially for those who knew this beautiful establishment in the past, as the management has changed.
The young team is dynamic and attentive; we were greeted with a smile right from the parking lot, where they helped us find a space.
A relaxed atmosphere, a lovely terrace, and above all, exquisitely refined cuisine with perfectly balanced flavors: no flashy extravagance here, just flavors that surprise the palate and are beautifully presented.
The portions are perfectly sized to enjoy three courses (starter, main, dessert), and the chef's kindness is an added bonus!
We will definitely be back.

The staff were fantastic, the food delicious, everything was excellent. The cuisine was both simple and sophisticated, with the presentation and flavors on par. The setting was exceptional, and we appreciated the owner's visit at the end. A lovely place to celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary.

A very good dinner in the beautiful setting of the banks of the Ariège river, the outdoor terrace, and the sunset. One drawback for me: I only learned when I sat down at the table with my friends that I couldn't smoke there.

Bellevue was a wonderful experience: a lovely terrace overlooking the Ariège river, friendly and attentive service, and above all, delicious and beautiful dishes: a special mention for the sea bream! We'll be back (again!)

A truly exceptional restaurant located just outside Toulouse, with a very peaceful view.
They offer gourmet cuisine in a more relaxed atmosphere; the dishes are generous and flavorful, with superb combinations.
All the waitstaff are incredibly competent and friendly.
I highly recommend stopping by this lovely place and treating your taste buds.

I agree with several other reviews: the food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The welcome was mediocre, and the service was equally poor. Around 3 pm, seeing that the other tables had left, we did the same. The servers left in a hurry in the parking lot. We felt like we were intruding.
It's a shame because the location is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Completely in love by this new spot (new for me). The view, the environment are amazing and beautiful. Cozy deco, you can see the care in each detail. I went 2 times for the breakfast and was amazing already, the team are really welcoming and kind… I’m going now to try during the lunch time. But it’s a pearl in Toulouse that must be tried.
