We had a wonderful time at Le Bellevue restaurant! We loved the setting and the view of the Ariège River. The service was impeccable, with very kind and attentive waiters. The dishes were both refined and generous. Special mention goes to the Paris-Brest, surely one of the best we've ever had! Congratulations to the chef. We came for our mother's birthday, and we were all delighted! Even on the phone when we made the reservation, a lovely waitress selected a perfect table for us with a breathtaking view of the magnificent riverbank. A warm welcome, smiles, impeccable service, and truly the heart of someone who loves their work! The meal itself was delicious, a harmonious blend of flavors, beautifully presented, from the langoustine ravioli to the revisited baked egg, to the melt-in-your-mouth beef with six peppercorns (highly recommended!), the scallops, and the sweetbreads—everything was truly succulent. Personally, my favorite dessert was the churro! All this to say that if you want to treat yourself, don't hesitate any longer, book, savor, and you'll experience a truly timeless moment!
