Restaurant L'Etoile Berbere
Muret
28/06/2026: The best couscous I've ever eaten, in a friendly setting with a warm welcome.
08/05/2026: All-you-can-eat couscous (cool concept)
With a unique and super friendly chef. The place is a bit dated, but the food is good.
The mint tea is excellent.
A little bit of decoration and renovation would make it perfect.

Chez Fanny
Muret
01/09/2026: Very pleasant welcome
Good quality food
Excellent value for money
22/08/2026: A rather disappointing experience, as I left before dessert, quite bothered by the smell of a cigar right in front of me, complete with ashes... Sorry, but I already move seats for cigarettes (which I'd already done once upon arrival), so a cigar... I ended up ordering the daily special, which was rather unsatisfactory: boiled green beans. However, the full set menu is €18. Quite reasonable.
The waitress was charming.

Restaurant Eole
Muret
12/05/2026: Having spent two nights at the hotel, I find it expensive for what it is. The room was somewhat clean. The shower system was completely useless. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. The cleaning lady was inconsiderate and opened the door without knocking, even though I was inside. The fire alarm technicians came into the rooms without warning. The fire alarm went off horribly, but for no reason, and there was a power outage. In short, many things need improvement, or at the very least, the price should be lowered.
19/04/2026: Excellent location. Breakfasts were small and limited. Clean rooms.

McDonald's
Muret
20/09/2026: After waiting for over an hour, we were told our order was lost... Inefficient, unpleasant, and incompetent staff. Avoid at all costs.
19/09/2026: A quick shout-out to Laura this past Saturday night at the drive-thru.
A smile and friendliness like you rarely see! I spent a few moments chatting with her thinking, "Wow, she's so lovely!"
So Laura, keep being the way you are!

Nagoya
Muret
15/06/2026: Dine-in meal for four: kebabs and sashimi.
The miso soup was bland, without mushroom slices, but the shredded cabbage was okay.
The three kebab platters were overcooked and too dry. The prawns were the same.
The mackerel sashimi was very average and lacked visual appeal.
The four bowls of rice were reheated, dry on top, and far from what we expected from rice cooked in a rice cooker.
We had eaten at this restaurant before, where the quality-price ratio was good. We were therefore very disappointed, as the takeaway service should allow for fresh food.
01/05/2026: Plenty of choice on the menu.
Generous and delicious dishes.
Fast service.
I recommend it.

BRASSERIE REPUBLIQUE
Muret
29/08/2026: Three people, only one of whom was actually working. We served ourselves because two employees preferred to chat instead of helping their colleague.
A regular customer cut in line at the front of the line after a 25-minute wait at the bar without causing any problems for anyone. The trays were dirty—it's a disgrace! The wait was endless, and the service was nonexistent, as were the staff's willingness and smiles!
12/07/2026: So, I'm only reading very negative reviews.
Have these people perhaps come to the wrong place?
I've been going there for years; the owners are lovely.
On Saturday mornings, the market vendors come regularly.
On Fridays during the summer, it's packed.
If they weren't satisfied, do you think they would come back?
The dishes are inexpensive and generous.
Everything is homemade. Those who are dissatisfied, please move along.

Le C.b.a. Cafés, Bières, Amitiés
Muret
