10/07/2025: Second attempt, same disappointment: service urgently needs to be improved
This was our second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing, mainly due to the deplorable service.
The menu offers decent dishes, but the front-of-house staff ruins everything. The owner's welcome is particularly unfortunate: we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant, "stuck" there, while he rushed to seat new arrivals. A situation that made you want to turn around before even being seated.
Furthermore, the owner doesn't hesitate to make inappropriate remarks. Although he's at home and has to deal with all sorts of situations, his approach as a business owner clearly needs to be improved.
The service in general is appalling. The servers seem to be unfamiliar with their tables, which leads to interminable waits (an hour for the starter!). To top it all off, a waitress tried to take our plates away before we had even finished our last bite.
In short, while the food is acceptable, the staff and service are a complete disaster that doesn't make us want to return.

22/11/2025: I find it hard to believe all these rave reviews. My wife and I couldn't finish and felt nauseous. It's miles away from a Mongelli pizza, which is a shame, as we're from Plaisance and wanted to try something local. One star for the pun.

23/12/2025: We waited 40 minutes only to be served one beer. The pizzas taste good, but they lack substance and, above all, meat: for the Bolognese, 15 grams of meat on the entire pizza is the absolute maximum. For almost €17 a pizza, you expect better. The only flavor comes from the astronomical amount of tomato sauce... combined with tomatoes 😂🤷🏻♂️ Too bad, we won't be back, but the concept of the square pizza is quite nice.
23/12/2025: On the downside: We waited a good 30 minutes before being given the menu, and another 15 minutes before receiving our first half of the pizza. The dough was good. But they cut corners on the ingredients: a goat cheese and honey pizza without walnuts??? A Bolognese sauce with almost no Bolognese sauce??? We left, taking the second half home to add our own toppings...
On the upside: the dough was good, the waitress was friendly and apologized for the wait.
However, waiting over 45 minutes to eat and paying over €40 for incomplete pizzas is outrageous. I unfortunately do not recommend it :(

29/09/2024: But what a horror. To flee. Cold sandwich, report to the waiter who doesn't even come back to us. I go to the kitchen and they tell me that I can't do better even though the cheese is as cold as fresh.
A feeling of disturbing like I have rarely seen, I would never set foot there again

02/10/2025: For my part, the quantities are quite generous, I even ate some the next day, reheated in the microwave it was good. I've been walking past it for 20 years without ever stopping. It's good, quick, takeaway, it's a good help.

What a surprise to have discovered this little restaurant!! I found the real flavors from elsewhere like with the pico de gallo I was really surprised!!
I really enjoyed eating, it reminded me of my trip, I even had more 😅😅 and I'm going back very soon!!!
