25/05/2026: Perfect for a lunch break. The service was quick, the food was excellent, with traditional recipes perfectly executed. The bouchée à la reine, for example, often overdone, was perfect, and the veal marengo was sublime. Coming from Aveyron, where we have excellent culinary traditions, I must say, hats off to them, and the quality-to-price ratio is outstanding. I highly recommend it.
