When it's busy and the staff is overwhelmed, well, that's understandable, but there was hardly anyone there! We were served very quickly and without any problems, so that was perfect. Then I ordered an ice cream, the waitress spilled the coffee next to my table, and then she never came back to wipe up my ice cream or clean the floor! I have a photo to prove the disaster.
