25/11/2023: My pizza maker between 2005 and 2013. Friends still talk to me about Cévennes and Normandy. I had left Puyricard and no longer saw his truck in the village square. I thought he had stopped. Back in the area yesterday for a very sad reason. I recognize it in a new location. Little moment of happiness in a dull day.
For the anecdote with a friend we often watched him do it hoping to steal one or two little secrets…
I make pizzas at home with top quality products. And the result, even if it is satisfactory, is not up to the master’s standards.
The conclusion has therefore been the same over time. This gentleman is a magician.
And the price is competitive which doesn't spoil anything.
