That's also why I hesitated for over six months before leaving a negative review, hoping the situation would improve. Unfortunately, for several months now, the service has deteriorated significantly, and the lack of respect has become a recurring issue. This time, it's gone too far. I was born in Bonneville and have known this establishment for a long time. It's precisely because I'm so attached to it that I find it regrettable to see the quality of service decline to this extent. I sincerely hope this review will be taken as an opportunity to reflect on the situation and improve how customers are treated.

11/06/2026: Delivery available via Uber Eats. The sandwich was very generously filled, and the homemade white sauce was excellent. I was impressed by the size of the fries portion. I would definitely order again.

We were violently assaulted and insulted by the hotel manager because we arrived at 11 pm and they had forgotten to leave our envelope with the key so as not to disturb them. He then assaulted people in the street before going home, shouting. He wanted to throw me out, telling me I was in his house. Extremely violent. Furthermore, the rooms were unbearably hot.

You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The burgers are excellent, made with fresh ingredients and generously topped. The milkshakes are also a real bonus, very indulgent. The portions are generous and the price-quality ratio is very good. The welcome is warm, the staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is convivial and relaxed, perfect for a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great burger in a unique setting in Bonneville!
