A good example of a McDonald's, good food, great place for the kids to play in the two play areas and it was clean inside and outside.

La gestion de votre commande a été extrêmement décevante. Non seulement le happy meal pour enfant était incomplet avec l'absence de jouet, de dessert, de sauce et de serviette, mais le cheeseburger était également froid. La serveuse s'est dégagée de toute responsabilité, ce qui ne fait qu'ajouter à l'insatisfaction générale. Une expérience franchement déplorable.

Outrageous broken door! The only entrance and exit is through the one near the children's play area. We ate in the cold and had to get up at least 20 times to close the door. I mentioned it to a manager who said he would report it, but nothing happened after 20 minutes in the cold. It seems to me that a sign warning people to close the door wouldn't be rocket science. No communication and no respect for customers. Go to the Sumac Donald in Scionzier or, even better, the Quick in Etrembieres.

Outside of mealtimes, the service is quick and the place is reasonably clean, although in the heat the number of flies is impressive. Click and collect is hit or miss; sometimes the order is complete, other times items are missing, but it is served fairly quickly.
