16/02/2026: I've been a customer for several years, and for me, this is the best Indian restaurant in the area. The dishes are prepared and served with care, and the flavors are truly exceptional. The restaurant itself is very welcoming and always clean. The staff is pleasant, although sometimes it's not easy to make a reservation or order takeout because they aren't very clear on the menu, but Punjabi really deserves to be better known and appreciated.

14/02/2026: Disappointment is the prevailing feeling after our visit to Jérôme Mamet. The staff were friendly but inefficient and clumsy; dishes were sometimes brought without the slightest explanation to a table without a tablecloth, in a cold dining room. The presentation was simplistic, and the food rather bland (a special mention for the exceptionally tasteless truffle). An hour and a half after our arrival, we began the second course (lobster "plain" accompanied by a tiny floret of broccoli), of an eight-course meal. After more than two and a half hours, the beef arrived, which the knife struggled to cut (please bring steak knives for red meat). The meat's lack of flavor did nothing to compensate for the effort required to chew it. At this point, we had lost our appetite and were considering leaving. Having opted for the €80 wine pairing, I was served the same white wine twice with two different courses: an aggressive Côtes de Bourg with the meat, followed by a sparkling grape juice worthy of the best sparkling apple juice for the first dessert. The combination of sugar upon sugar overwhelmed the palate and prevented any appreciation of what was, in fact, a rather successful dessert. In the end, the bill (€499) was as steep as the monkfish we were served, for a mediocre experience and cuisine that failed to reveal the chef's talents, talents that likely earned him a Michelin star. There is still much work to be done to reach the top of our list of recommended restaurants in the region, especially given the existence of other, higher-quality alternatives.

26/02/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional. Precise cuisine, bold flavors, impeccable ingredients. Each dish arrives with elegance… and leaves all too quickly. Intelligent, seamless, and perfectly paced service. You feel expected, almost privileged. A restaurant that doesn't promise. It delivers.

15/02/2026: As a long-time loyal customer of this restaurant, we returned last night and frankly, what a disappointment compared to before. The salmon made my wife sick, my pizza wasn't great and didn't have truffle oil, which I never received despite requesting it. A significant drop in quality.

02/02/2026: The pizzas taste just like in Italy! Every time I go, I'm never disappointed. Plus, the staff are lovely. I highly recommend it!

11/01/2026: Unfortunately, the pizza was mediocre and of very poor quality. The crust was undercooked, the ingredients were disappointing, and one of the pizzas I ordered was swimming in olive oil—completely indigestible. It's the first time in my life I've ever thrown away a pizza! Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to get one on a day when the pizza maker is actually doing a good job, or perhaps not. I'm taking more of a risk. Avoid it. I don't recommend it.

20/09/2025: So it's still just as good, very high quality, and local 😋 The only downside was that we were seated upstairs on the partially covered and enclosed terrace, which wasn't very nice and where we were cold. The downstairs room is great, why not open it up? 🤔
