01/07/2024: Une nuit passée aux Cornettes de bise avec dîner et petit déjeuner, voici mes avis contrastés. Restauration, dîner comme petit déjeuner, au top et d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Déception cependant quant à l'hôtel, 3 étoiles??, on nous fournis une chambre soi disant faite, draps chiffonnés, manque de savon et les chaussons ne sont pas sous blister. Le doute s'installe, cette chambre a t'elle été faite? Après tout un oubli est toujours possible et excusé d'avance de notre part mais non!! notre parole est mise en doute sans même se donner la peine de vérifier nos propos. Tout rentrera néamoins dans l'ordre avec une nouvelle chambre, équipée comme il se doit pour un 3*, draps repassés, chaussons sous blister mais quand-même avec le sentiment d'être passés pour des exigeants. Bien sûr ceci n'est qu'un avis mais aussi une expérience bien vécue.

30/06/2024: Week-end en amoureux, nous avons passé un moment extra de bons conseils pour de jolies balades, une restauration au top, une chambre confortable et des installations bien-être superbe un accueil familial, toujours aussi sympathique et convivial. Bonne saison à vous À bientôt

24/09/2024: Très bon rapport qualité prix.la cuisine est bonne bien présenté et surtout fait maison. La salle de restaurant est très calme et agréable.

28/08/2024: Super leuke plek om buiten te zitten. In eerste instantie lijkt het wat prijzig, maar je krijgt zeker waar voor je geld. De nacho’s waren fantastisch, en je krijgt grote porties. Vriendelijke bediening.

20/08/2024: Les Cornettes de Bise, a summit overlooking a valley where you can find yourself among dozens of goats (often docile). You arrive at a dead end with a large car park and the sheepfolds, this is the start of pretty hiking trails. The mountain (2400 m) is the border with Switzerland. Simply magnificent, the colors of the mountain pasture are striking.

04/08/2024: We stayed six nights at the Les Gentianettes hotel, and overall, our experience was quite satisfactory. The setting of the hotel is elegant, offering a real change of scenery. The services offered, such as the swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzis, are in perfect condition and greatly contributed to our well-being during our stay. The welcome from all the staff of the establishment was very warm. However, we were disappointed by the attitude of the hostess, who lacked commercial sense and friendliness. After five nights, we noticed that the bedding, although of good quality, did not suit us (too hard) because there was no real mattress topper. We asked if it was possible to add one to soften our mattress, but she simply replied that the bedding was exceptional and that she did not understand our request, and above all, she did not try to find one. solution. This unsympathetic response tarnished our stay. As a result, we considered leaving the hotel early, but no refund was possible, forcing us to stay. It's a shame to end on a negative note when the establishment as a whole is rather satisfactory. For future customers, it is also important to note that catering and breakfasts are quite expensive. Plan a substantial budget, with prices of €25 for breakfast and €37 per person for a pierrade, for example. Even if the staff remains very friendly, apart from the hostess, they lack a lot of experience. We had to request drinks at a dinner several times and also had to request that part of our bill be canceled for drinks at the pool that did not concern us. Despite these inconveniences, the Les Gentianettes hotel remains a pleasant place for a relaxing stay, provided you are prepared for certain costs and a variable welcome depending on the people you talk to.
