24/01/2024: I bought a sandwich. The salami slices in the sandwich were all with the membrane. I had to peel the salami slices from the membrane. Try to avoid it!
19/01/2024: 8:30 p.m. there were no sandwiches left anywhere (!) so I tried this shop. The greatest scam of the last 10 years... €20 for a disgusting sandwich with low-end ham and tasteless cheese. I am amazed by the quality and the price... this store must do business on the chance of customers who don't know it but I am amazed that it still exists. Never again!

27/03/2024: Wonderful place to spend the afternoon. It seems to be the afternoon hot spot of Megeve. The speciality hot chocolate made on the oven and bread with shaved chocolate on top were incredible. A must do in Megeve.
21/03/2024: J’ai été ravi de découvrir la Chocolaterie de Megève - Le Soleil d’Or. Lors de ma première visite, ils avaient une séance photo, mais à mon retour, j’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer Mamie Chocolat, qui nous a préparé un chocolat chaud exceptionnel.
L’ambiance est raffinée et accueillante. Le chocolat chaud, la tarte aux myrtilles, le forêt noir, et surtout la brioche toastée avec beurre et copeaux de chocolats (coupées par la Mamie) étaient délicieux.
Bien que les prix soient élevés, c’est une expérience que je recommande aux amateurs de chocolats et gourmands comme moi :)
