17/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Le Balcon des Écrins with my 21-month-old daughter, as a single mom, and I highly recommend it! The setting is magnificent, nestled in the mountains, ideal for recharging your batteries. The hotel is perfectly suited for families, which is very reassuring with my little princess. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable and the meals are excellent. A little anecdote that sums it all up: during a meal, the staff spontaneously helped my daughter (with a smile, a pen, and a piece of paper) so I could eat in peace—a simple gesture, but one that makes all the difference when traveling alone. A truly wonderful experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We left with fantastic memories and the desire to return! 💛

16/03/2026: First ski trip! The hotel is very well located, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! We were on half-board, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent!
