When we arrived at the checkout, we were told a price higher than what we had calculated. we ask the waitress why such a price, that's when she takes out the bill and we notice that the entrecôte was displayed at €19 on the website in reality at €25 in the restaurant, which makes a difference of six euros times two, that's €12 more, on the note that what we counted so we calmly explain to him that it's not the price that we saw displayed on the site and the waitress s started to tell us that we had to look at the cards that we had been given, except that having been on the site an hour earlier, and knowing what we wanted, we did not look the cards and instead of apologizing, she started telling us that the site was not up to date and that it was not her fault when it was still the restaurant's website she s started to tell us that it was our fault that we had to look at the menus that we don't go to a restaurant, without looking at the menus she even told us that the menus weren't even up to date to believe that it was our fault We had no excuse for this price difference we understand that the merchandise increases. However, the site should be updated and even if the site is not up to date, which unfortunately can happen, we do not shout at the customer and we at least apologize that the site is not up to date, we do not blame the customer. In short, apart from the checkout, we were quite satisfied. However, we are not going to come back. Ps: do not trust the price displayed on the Internet, because that is not what you will pay at the checkout. After your visit to this restaurant, it's not their fault. The site just isn't updated after all. It's not like it's their website. And it's not like he plans to fix the problem. Today is Tuesday. They still haven't changed their price on the Internet or their menu for that matter.
