A little unmissable gem for those who love traditional home cooking😊 the plates are generous and the atmosphere is family and relaxed. unfortunately and fortunately they are victims of their success with their quality of service and products. Hello, I often eat at Bassia. I'm sorry to contradict Mathieu but I often eat the grilled butcher's cut and I like it rare and not once has it arrived to me medium or otherwise. The cooking is simple and good, the same goes for the desserts besides if they are full every day at noon it's not for nothing you have to book in advance to have your place at noon or you have to come to the 2nd service around 1:15 p.m. .. and despite the room being full we are served quickly and with kindness so MR Mathieu know that if he doesn't bring me well-cooked meat instead of rare I'll say it straight away because I hate overcooked beef (the error is human and yes!!!) but in any case I have been going there at least 5 times a month for years and I have never been disappointed and the prices I even asked myself how they manage to sell a daily special so low like that and yes!!! In all Tarbes it's the restaurant with the best value for money.. and what's more they are all nice and welcoming... good luck at BASSIA I hope they won't leave us anytime soon 👩‍🍳🫶

First visit. Ok nice. Well served despite the crowds. Too bad it arrived too late, no more fries 😉😂 otherwise I recommend. We will come back for sure. A little earlier perhaps. Sorry, I forgot the stars 😂

Ambiance chaleureuse, reçus par des personnes sympathiques. Service rapide. Entrées copieuses, plats au top en particulier le poisson. Merci pour ce bon moment, nous reviendrons accompagnés d'amis. Bonne continuation, ne changez rien.
