07/03/2026: The night receptionist verbally and almost physically assaulted me. He held me captive inside the hotel for 10 minutes and prevented me from leaving, even though I had come to visit a friend in her room for two hours.
He demanded I pay the room rate by force, becoming very aggressive.
The incident occurred at 3:00 AM this morning. A Black man in his forties is responsible for this. The room rate is the same whether you are alone or with a partner, so why did he ask me to pay extra?
I will be contacting the Accor group to report this.
05/02/2026: Even though the rooms are somewhat clean, the hotel is aging; don't bother asking for anything at the bar, they have nothing. Breakfast is mediocre, only the madeleines are decent.
If I can, I'll avoid it next time.
