The food, staff, and atmosphere are excellent. A rare find that I highly recommend.

11/09/2026: A real treat! Lunch with a colleague, we both enjoyed both the food (shared prawn spring roll as a starter, lamb shoulder and langoustine risotto as a main course, then dessert of the day - baked fig and vanilla ice cream) and the service (attentive and smiling).

12/10/2026: A restaurant offering good raclette, although the fact that the potatoes are grilled detracts somewhat from the experience: they are therefore too dry. Otherwise, friendly staff.

29/08/2026: The food was acceptable, but the service was disastrous. The welcome was cold, even glacial, and the waiter was clearly annoyed. They make you feel like a burden rather than a customer. The impatience was so strong that it ruined the short time we spent there. Not recommended.

30/09/2026: I was frankly very disappointed by this Matsuri. The sushi was dried out, as were the salads. I was really hungry, so I ate anyway, otherwise I would have simply left. Some of the sushi, especially the ones with toasted rice, were so dry they were practically inedible. It really seemed like some of the plates had been spinning on the conveyor belt for hours. Another rather surprising thing: no non-alcoholic beer on the menu. For people who don't drink alcohol, it would be nice to offer at least one option. I ordered about nine plates of different colors and a Coke Zero. Total: about €45. When it came time to pay, the waiter did the calculation on his own, but I didn't receive a receipt or a detailed bill. Even when he gave me my change, I still didn't get any proof of purchase. I find that really strange and unprofessional. In addition, there was water in the middle of the room; apparently, something was leaking under a refrigerator. Between that, the dried-out sushi, and some plates that looked like they'd been circulating for ages, the whole experience was really bad. I know Matsuri well and have eaten at several of their restaurants in Paris. I generally like this chain, but the one in Neuilly-sur-Seine is, in my opinion, clearly the one where I had the worst experience. It's a shame, because I really expected better from Matsuri.

03/10/2026: We came this evening with my son and honestly, 5/5. The staff were lovely, especially the young woman at the reception, she was so kind. The burgers were excellent. I highly recommend it.

01/08/2026: A fantastic experience! I really wanted to try a French creperie, and I think I made the right choice. Let's start with my least favorite (in my personal opinion) to give a sense of the overall experience: the sushi rolls made with crepes; I found them a bit dry. However, that's probably due to the "modifications" requested. The savory and sweet crepes, on the other hand, were sublime. I loved both the dough and the ingredients. An excellent glass of sweet cider and the smiles and courtesy of the staff made the experience a pleasant one. The restaurant offers outdoor tables and air-conditioned indoor rooms, well-furnished and with comfortable seating. Furthermore, background music makes for a pleasant experience and doesn't disturb conversation. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: I came to try their Complète on July 15, 2026, around 1 p.m., and I was delighted with the welcome and the air conditioning. The galette was exactly to my liking. What sets them apart from their two competitors in Neuilly is that you're guaranteed service until closing time, and they respect the ingredients in their classic recipes.
