21/09/2024: First and last time in this very disappointing restaurant. The service is not pleasant, the owner pushes you to order wine. The portions are closer to those of a children's menu. The terrace is noisy and unpleasant, the chairs are plastic... All for an overpriced bill. Really very disappointed and I can't find the rating indicated on Google

I think a place like this should be closed so that the space can be used by more pleasant businesses. I don't care that I can't eat there; what bothers me is that I made the trip for nothing.

05/12/2025: Two orders placed, two failures! The first order was missing a pizza. I figured to err, I tried again, and even called the restaurant to make sure they'd received my correct order. "Yes, yes, no problem," they said. But the result? "Contact Deliveroo, they'll refund you!" Well, thanks a lot, there won't be a third time!

03/12/2025: Ordered 5 pizzas on 03/12/2025, they arrived folded in half, like calzones. Some delivery drivers don't respect the merchandise and this will lower this restaurant's rating. It's a shame. This is Falo Falo's last chance to choose drivers who can deliver pizzas without turning them over or folding them, otherwise they'll lose customers.

17/01/2026: Mixed feelings. Great staff and location! Excellent breakfast, cleanliness was good. However, the king-size bed is full of springs, making for a difficult night. You sink into the bed. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

29/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our stay. When we booked in November, we were informed of a problem with the jacuzzi and that it might not be fixed by our arrival at the end of December. However, we were not offered any discount on the room price. Then, 48 hours before our arrival, we received an email informing us that it wasn't the jacuzzi, but actually the entire wellness area, except for the pool, that would be unavailable. Still, no compensation was offered. Upon arrival that evening, we were informed that the restaurant was also closed, and therefore we had the choice of eating at the bar or finding something to eat outside. But it didn't end there! When we got to our room, we were struck by the freezing cold. The patio door was wide open despite the -2°C outside because the previous occupants had smoked, and the smell of cigarettes still lingered. We couldn't stay and left to eat while the room warmed up, but it took several hours. And let's not even mention the stained carpet and walls... We weren't asked if everything was alright when we paid the tourist tax, even though we had things to say. It's outrageous not to refund part of the price of the stay when you're not able to provide all the services for which customers booked!

29/06/2025: Very pleasant welcome and really good food. The only downside during the last visit was the beers served were not fresh, but that was exceptional, and the rest of the time, nothing to complain about.

08/12/2025: Having been coming here for a while, we're disappointed with how the restaurant has changed: the manager's welcome is unfriendly, there are arguments between the manager and the servers (which the customers can hear!), and the seats are in terrible condition (they're falling apart). It's a real shame because we used to appreciate one of the waitresses.

30/11/2025: Very disappointing! Poor quality ribeye steak for such a high price. Dauphinoise potatoes were too dry... The Hippopotamus brand has gone downhill considerably. It's a shame, but I won't be going back.

27/01/2026: Great experience at McDonald's! Fast service, welcoming and always smiling staff. Orders are well prepared and the food is hot and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend it! Plus, the manager is super nice 😊
