24/08/2026: Passing through Balaruc, we stopped at the brasserie. It was very good, the waitress was very friendly and smiling.
And the menu was perfect.
21/08/2026: I've been going there every week for years. It's striking how a vacuum-packed waffle (with Nutella and whipped cream from a can) and a cup of tea has gone from €6.50 four years ago to €8.30 today. I used to be a regular, but I think this will be the last time. They blame it on inflation. It's a shame.

06/08/2026: Opens at 11:30 AM: No fries! It's a CUSTOM...
Why wait until 11:40 AM for those famous fries to FINALLY arrive, only to have 4 or 5 people waiting in front of you to finish their meal and empty your display in 5 minutes, then
wait "X" times longer for another batch...? I already mentioned this a few months ago, but apparently, nothing has been done! On the other hand, your meats are excellent.

26/04/2024: Calme et tranquillité, du moins aujourd’hui, j’ai déjeuné en terrasse couverte un excellent plat, avec des raviolis aux légumes et en dessert des raviolis à la pomme.
C’était très bon, je reviendrai.
17/03/2024: J’ai pris emporter, trop dès onion, rice pas faire le jour et shrimps 3 seulement, trouver cuisiner pas propre, seulement les shrimps son de jour, elle a faire 9, mais je trouver 3 seulement
