03/04/2024: Hotel to avoid at least for the organization of professional seminars, the commercial support is absolutely not at the level of the services expected from a 5*

02/04/2024: Very disappointing, zero valet service, we left in the rain to get to our car. The spa is too small and cold, you have to leave the hotel to get there. Male staff poorly dressed given the number of stars I think that proper attire should be required! The rooms are pretty and spacious but the technology kills technology when it comes to switches. The day we went there we were not informed that they also had a room for weddings or other... So we didn't sleep all night... We are there to relax, it seems to me. No elevator to get to the rooms and god knows there are stairs to climb! The staff is a little lost and to tell you the truth it's very expensive in the end for what it is. And let’s not talk about lunch! Very expensive! I have seen much better elsewhere, cheaper, the spa was in the hotel so we left the room in a bathrobe to go to the spa so much more pleasant...

22/03/2024: Good restaurant. Visually the dishes are beautiful and taste very satisfying. The portions are small so big eaters, get ready to heat up the CB 😂. To sum up, good food but a little expensive 😁.

24/03/2024: Very good Japanese restaurant in Castelnau le Lez. Very calm atmosphere, the service is great, the starters and dishes are very good! Everything is well presented, the waiter is very nice and polite! We will come back to spend a quiet romantic moment

Only complaint: we were not very well placed in the room, for a birthday meal for two we would have preferred to have a better view.
